Seafly 169

Seafly 169 was built by South Devon Boatbuilders around 1964/65. It was sailed for 30 years at Rutland Water but now dry stored. Replacement of side deck and rubbing strip along with a paint and varnish job would put this boat back on the water. Sadly the renovation project was halted, in the early stages, by a double bereavement and now forces me to sell the boat.

Are you an enthusiast prepared to save this iconic dinghy? Offered for sale with the hull (Marine ply construction - needs some renovation) are: Aluminium mast, Wooden boom, Wooden rudder and tiller, Two main sails plus Third main - cut down to double reefed size, Two jibs plus Third jib- needs repair, Spinnaker with boom, Side thwarts for comfort and toe straps, Folding anchor, Three 'boom on' boat covers - one unused, Road trailer;
Price: offers around £300
